I&#39;ve read if you are just putting coconut into your system your body will react-- as you said, it&#39;s killing bacteria and fungus that have been brooding in your system for who knows how long. I&#39;m interested in following along on your health endeavors... Not sure about the water supply in you town, but you may want to look into it. I only say because you mentioned your love of tea. If your water contains flouride you may want to be careful as high temperatures increase the level of this toxin in water, would render the benefits of tea useless. She was terminal, but the Chinese med doc that she went to see made her feel better, well enough to live a semi normal life. Her sister just graduated from school where she became a Chinese Medicine doctor, so now we are able to go to her to help us!
